Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within Europe.

Biolavita is not responsible for delays or mistakes in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to: customs delays, mistake by carrier, carrier overload, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers.

Returns

The products can be returned within the return period of 14 days. The shipping costs are for the buyer's expense. The money will be refunded within 8 working days after receipt and inspection of the products.
