Shipping & Returns

How soon can Iexpect my order?

Everything is shipped within two business days, so you can expect your package within two to three business days for the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries see link to Shipping & Returns.

Can I return myproduct?

Unopened products can be returned within the return period of 14 days. The shipping costs are for the buyer's expense. The money will be refunded within 8 working days after receipt and inspection of the products.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back used products due to hygiene reasons. Please contact info@biolavita.com if you are not satisfied and we will find a solution.

What are the shipping rates?

We currently ship to Europe.

How natural are theproducts of Biolavita?

We use only natural ingredients sourced from plants, trees, flowers, herbs, seeds, fruits, and vegetables. Our organic plant oils are carefully selected, unrefined, and free from harmful treatments. We avoid synthetic chemicals to protect both our health and the environment.

Are all Biolavitaproducts 100% organic? 

Biolavita doesn’t compromise. We use organic, natural, cold-pressed, raw, wild harvested and food grade ingredients which includes plant-oils, plant-butters, botanical extracts, herbs, and clays. Those ingredients are not altered or heavily processed.

Does Biolavitaproducts have expiry dates?

We have PAO label. It shows “12M”, it will mean that you can use that product for “twelve months” from the day of its opening.

How can I best store Biolavita products?

We suggest you keep your products in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and preferably below a temperature of 20 degrees.

My Biolavitaproduct looked slightly different on my next order, how can?

All Biolavita products are entirely made from plants. We use organic ingredients from crops that are grown without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers. Those crops are subject to natural elements like heat, drought and cold. This means that per batch, slight variations, and changes in color and scent may occur which are completely normal. It’s the beauty of a truly natural product!

Where do you source your ingredients from?

When searching for high-quality ingredients, we focus on sustainability, ethical sourcing and organic or bio certified ingredients.

Is Biolavitasuitable for very sensitive, rosacea or eczema skin?

Biolavita is 100% natural and mild. We hear good results from people using it with very sensitive skin, rosacea, or eczema.

We can never completely rule out the possibility that skin may react to the products.

We always recommend that you try out the products in the elbow if you have very sensitive skin or problem skin with e.g. rosacea or eczema and/or consult your doctor.

Can I use Biolavitawith allergies?

All our products are officially tested and registered and approved and no official allergy warnings have been issued. But: if you know that you are sensitive to 1 of the ingredients or to essential oils, always do a test in your elbow for at least 1 week or consult your dermatologist.

Are the productsfor men and women?

Biolavita is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender, skin type or skin color.
